Meet Rob Guthrie, your neighbor on Hilton Head Island.

Rob Guthrie, MBA, brings decades of hospitality experience to Hilton Head — from directing table games and guest experience at some of the nation’s top casino resorts to now personally owning HH Island Rentals with his wife Pam. Their son Sean is also hands-on, helping run day-to-day operations, which means one family stays with you from the moment you book until the moment you check out.

From beachfront homes to cozy condos, they manage it all with a personal touch. Forget the call center. This is local, hands-on care — and it’s why most people who read about us here end up booking directly instead of shopping around.
